Talk about a wicked decent spot! Room was super clean, and even had a nice flat-screen TV. Checking in was smooth and the staff were really friendly. Right by Termini, makin' it easy to catch trains. Only bummer was the breakfast could have used a bit more variety. Could've totally used some fresh fruits, ya know?

I had a lot of trouble with the service. The staff seemed disorganized and misdirected us multiple times, wasting both time and money. Our room was cramped, and it felt unsafe to step outside, as there were many unsavory characters lurking nearby throughout our stay.
